VHBD557 Diamond Vacuum Brazing Furnace

 

It is mainly used for the vacuum brazing of diamond tools such as diamond cutting tools, abrasive tools and diamond drilling tools. In view of the particularity of diamonds, our company has developed this vacuum furnace for the diamond brazing industry.

1. The furnace is a horizontal single-chamber horizontal loading structure;

2. Isostatic graphite heating element, composite carbon felt and soft felt insulation structure, to          better ensure temperature uniformity;

3. The entrance of the vacuum system is equipped with a gas condenser and a filter and collecting device, so that the volatilization of the flux placed in the vacuum system causes pollution;

4. Unique regulation of anti-pollution technology to ensure long life vacuum regulation;

5. The furnace with temperature, pressure, water pressure, vacuum and other interlocking features, with a high degree of safety protection and prevention functions;

6. With remote control operation, remote fault diagnosis and remote program updates and other functions.
