Scope of application
It is suitable for electrical distribution systems, control systems, and  electrical equipment cables for railway passenger car wire and cable with rated voltage 3kv or lower in signal system.Especially suitable for narrow spaces and occasions with special requirements such as low smoke, halogen free, flame retardant, etc.

Use characteristics

1. Rated voltage (AC) is divided into 500V, 700V, 1500V, 3000V
2. When the cable is used for a long time, the maximum working temperature of the core does not exceed 125⁰C, and the temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250⁰C at short circuit for 5 seconds.
3. Minimum ambient temperature of the cable:

       The Minimum ambient temperature of non-high-strength thin-walled railway passenger car cable is -40⁰C,The Minimum ambient temperature of high-strength thin-walled railway passenger car cable is -60⁰C.        When the cable diameter is less than or equal to 10mm, the allowable bending radius of the cable laying is not more than twice the outer diameter of the cable.
cable diameter≤10mm, allowable bending radius≤2 times the outer diameter of the cable,
10mm≤cable diameter ≤ 20mm, allowable bending radius ≤ 4 times the outer diameter of the cable,
cable diameter ≥20mm, allowable bending radius≤6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

It depends on the type and size of electrical wires and cables. For some large electrical wires, 100 meters can be accepted. For the power cables with medium or high voltage, that should comply with the property of installed equipment. Anyhow, we will try our best to solve the problem and meet your requirements. Mostly we sell from stock for normal items, you can buy any quantity unless it is customized.
