This series aluminium p. and paste have good brightness, strong hiding power, odorless of silver powder and low odor of aluminium paste.

Application
Popular used in plastic films, it is mainly for the application of silver-gray masterbatch, such as blown film masterbatch, coated masterbatch and film masterbatch.
Aluminium Pellet
Aluminium pellet is silver pellet pigment for plastic products. Main content are aluminium powder, additives and wax carrier. The max temperature is 250-280ºC. Aluminium pellet has the feature of odorless and clear in using.

Application
Used for metallic effect plastic masterbatch and injection, such as appliance housings, automotive interior and exterior decoration, plastic luggage, toy, cell phone case, plastic profiles. This series are used in PE, PC, PP, ABS, PS and AS plastic systerm.
Usage
Add to plastic particles or plastic powder directly, stir at low speed until uniform, then make granulation.
Suggest adding amount
Plastic masterbatch:15-45%
Plastic Injection:0.2-5%
Notes
The physcial structure of aluminium pigment is mainly aluminium flakes. High-speed string, multiple granulation and very high temperature should be avoided in use. Otherwise, the injection effect will be black and no metallic effect.
